These terms govern use of GDNest. The service is intended for legitimate automotive workshop operations. Users must keep account credentials secure and must not misuse the service, interfere with other garages, attempt unauthorised access or use GDNest for unlawful activity.
Trial availability, pricing and included features may vary by market. Any applicable price and commercial terms will be confirmed before a paid subscription begins. Standard plans do not require a long-term contract unless separately agreed.
GDNest helps organise bookings, workflow and information. Garages remain responsible for vehicle diagnosis, repair decisions, quotations, customer approvals, regulatory obligations and professional judgement. AI-generated prioritisation or suggestions are assistive only.
We work to keep GDNest reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the product develops. Material changes affecting paid customers will be communicated where appropriate.
Each garage remains responsible for the customer and workshop data it controls. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
