GDNest provides workshop-management and booking software to automotive businesses. We process information needed to operate bookings and workshop workflows, including customer names, contact details, vehicle details and registrations, booking requests, job records and staff account information.
Information is used to provide the service, manage bookings and workshop work, send operational communications, protect accounts, troubleshoot the service and meet legal obligations. We do not sell customer data.
Garages using GDNest remain responsible for having an appropriate lawful basis for customer information they enter or collect through their booking page. GDNest acts as a service provider/processor where applicable.
We retain information only as needed to provide the service, support legitimate business records and meet legal requirements. Access controls, password hashing, signed links and tenant separation are used to protect data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or obtain a copy of personal information. Contact the garage that collected your booking information or GDNest for platform-related privacy questions.
